At FashionBea, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase—whether due to sizing or product concerns—you may return or exchange your item within our defined return window.

We proudly offer a 21-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns received after 21 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How Our Return Process Works (RMA)

Submit a Return Request:
If you’d like to return or exchange your item, please reach out to our customer support team using our Contact Us form. Our team will guide you through the process and provide all necessary return instructions.

Receive Return Details:
You will be sent a detailed return guide, including the return shipping address and recommendations for an affordable and reliable courier service.

Provide Tracking Information:
Once you’ve shipped the product, you must share the tracking number with our team. Please note: We cannot process returns without a valid tracking number.

Shipping Responsibility:
FashionBea is not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process. In case the shipment is lost or delayed, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the courier company.

Refund or Exchange Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund of the product price or dispatch your exchange item—whichever you prefer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
